The good thing is that the seller is very responsive. However, I have ordered from this shop three times now, and the bags the calabar is stored in are not properly sealed, so each time I received my package, some of the bags had opened and contents spilled everywhere. Because the bags are not sealed, the calabar also gets a stale taste. This time I couldn't eat it and returned the rest. The seller was nice about it and I got a refund. It would be really nice if the seller could seal the calabar properly in better bags. It's a great product otherwise, there's not a lot of sand in it, and it would have been so nice if it is sealed properly so that it doesnt taste stale.
